As an Entry Level Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase brand visibility, and optimize sales on both Amazon and Shopify platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Amazon and Shopify Store Management: Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and inventory across Amazon and Shopify platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to enhance product descriptions, images, and other content to maximize conversion rates.
- Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns on Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, social media platforms, and other relevant channels. Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and budgets to drive traffic and generate sales.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, optimize product listings and website content to improve organic search visibility and rankings. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and best practices to enhance website traffic and brand exposure.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, traffic, and customer behavior. Utilize data insights to make data-driven recommendations for improving marketing strategies and achieving business goals.
- Social Media Management: Create and manage engaging social media content, schedules, and campaigns across relevant platforms to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive customer retention, and promote new products or offers. Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and data privacy regulations.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product positioning, target audience reach, and effective marketing tactics.
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure clarity and understanding of any additional assignments.
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to assist with different tasks, projects, or initiatives as directed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and other e-commerce and marketplace platforms like - ebay and walmart.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, and email marketing software.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
